Greetings Parents, Scholars, Family and Friends

My name is Ms. Joyce Pruitt and I’ve been in the educational field for 15 years. I have worn many hats within the public, charter, and private school systems. I enjoyed being a kindergarten teacher for 9 years, 3 years as a teacher’s assistant, 1 as the aftercare manager and 2 within a daycare setting. My heart’s desire is to set the foundation for the little ones and their upcoming grade levels that leads to life long learning. I believe that a great student-teacher and parent-teacher solid relationship holds the golden key for any student’s success. KWCA focuses on providing a homelike educational learning environment/experience for scholars 2 years of age through kindergarten that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Committed to families by providing a fun, safe, study support for the before care/aftercare program. KWCA provides a loving, caring atmosphere where they can play, learn, and grow to their highest potential, spiritually and academically equipping our scholars for their next level fully equipped in all areas of learning and continual growth.

We purpose to train and educate our scholars academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually to where it first gives reverence & glory to God, and to equip them academically to their highest potential for the next grade level.

Philosophy

We believe that all children are fearfully & wonderfully made/created in His/God’s image. They’re unique in their own personal learning ability and style with no limits in reaching their highest potential. It takes a caring, discerning, dedicated, persistent, and patience of a teacher’s heart towards each student to support and master their learning success.
